SLIDESHOW:
1. Go to www.slide.com
2. At the top, you'll see a “Sign In” and a "Sign Up" button. If you already
have an account, sign in and skip to #4. If you don’t have one, click "Sign
Up" and go to #3.
3. Enter the email address you would like connected to this account and a
password of your choice, then click “Sign Up”. Now you have an account!
4. Next, click any button that says, “Make a Slideshow”.
5. You are now on a page that says “UPLOAD your own images” toward the
middle of the page. Click the “Browse” button to choose the photos from
your computer that you want to include in the slideshow. You’ll do this for
each photo one at a time. As you do, SLIDE.COM uploads your photos and
puts them in the slide show at the top of the page so that you can see what
it looks like as you go.
6. When you are finished uploading your photos, you can rearrange the
order of them and add captions to them toward the bottom of the page.
Also, you can design and decorate your slideshow with the "Preset
Designs" and all of the customized design elements they offer (styles,
skins, themes, etc.). Be creative and HAVE FUN!
7. Next, under "Customize your Design", click the "Size" button in the right
column. Then click on the middle box that says "medium". Your slidshow
MUST BE SET TO MEDIUM to be imbedded on your CindyPage.
8. Now, under "Customize your Design", click the "Privacy" button in the
right column. Make sure it is set to “PUBLIC” (vs. “Private”).
9. REMEMBER - you can always go back to your slideshow to change it, add
or delete photos, and edit the design anytime and as often as you wish. It
will automatically update on your CindyPage when you save it on Slide.com!
10. When you are finished with the slideshow and you are happy with how it
looks, click “SAVE (to get code)” and then copy and paste the code into the
order form for your CindyPage.
GUESTBOOK:
The procedure for a guestbook on www.slide.com is almost the same as
for the slideshow. Click “Make a Guestbook”. Set the Size to SMALL. Your
guestbook MUST BE SET TO SMALL to be imbedded on your CindyPage.
Then choose your options, upload your photo, and click “SAVE (get code)”.
Next, copy and paste the code into the order form for your CindyPage!
